3. You may not download (other than page caching) or modify any content on this website, and you may not replicate any content from this site for the benefit of those who are not subscribed to this site. Any unauthorized use terminates your account to use this site.

The privacy of your login information is your own responsibility (i.e. we are not responsible if someone scrapes content from our site with your account if you gave them the password), as is the restriction of use to your computer for the purpose of viewing/purchasing from this site. We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your order information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last four digits of your credit card numbers. Our server encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and contact information, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

5. Those under the age of 18 may only use SmallArmsReview.com with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Electronic feedback is welcome and encouraged via our commenting system, however spam, obscene or defamatory language, copyright-violating material, and privacy-invading content will not be tolerated and voids your account to view this site. Webmaster reserves the right to deny access to any user who breaks this agreement, with the permission of the site owner.

7. If you�re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Depending on what products were ordered... USPS and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 702.565.0746 for charges. If you require tracking of an order, please contact us for this information at 702-564-0746. The risk of loss and title of any item purchased from our site passes to the user upon delivery to the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx).

8. By visiting SmallArmsReview.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Nevada will govern your terms of use.

9. Upon placing your order, you enter into an agreement to purchase. Sales are final. Any and all canceled orders (special or standard) can be subject to a 15% restocking/administrative fee. This policy applies to online and telephone orders.

If there is a problem with accessories, clothing, magazines, or books that you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our physical storefront (The LMO Gun Store in Henderson Nevada, merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt) or contact us for instructions to ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise, when arranged with our staff at Chipotle Publishing LLC prior to sending it back to us.

10. Prices are set, and our sales associates do not have the ability to alter them.

11. Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size, weight and the delivery location. Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

12. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

13. Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate information for all content across this website.
